3-Tangerine and pineapple ice cream
You’re gonna need these ingredients:
- Natural tangerine
- Natural Pineapple
- Kefir or low-fat natural yogurt, without sugar
- Peanut butter (without Xylitol) is toxic
- Organic coconut oil
- Water
Please use only natural fruit please okay. We’re gonna be using this silicone mold.
But you can use cups ice cube molds or anything that you have on hands okay. In a separate bowls we will add separately all the ingredients and then are we gonna add water and mix it up
Now we are going to place the mixture in the molds, and take it to the fridge for a few hours. After 2 to 3 hours, this is the result look at how cute healthy, and delicious treat for our dogs. In my case, I keep the ice cream in a plastic container with a lid, but you can use a glass container or a simple bag to keep the ice cream in the fridge.
4-Banana pancakes
We’ll need:
- Peanut butter (homemade: peanuts soaked in warm water + extra virgin olive oil)
- Banana
- Oats
- Egg
- Flour
In an electric processor we’re going to add the peanuts in a little warmer water a little bit of olive oil and you are going to process
And here you already have your homemade peanut butter and now let’s add all ingredients, and process little by little, add the banana, peanut butter raw out, egg, and flower. And here we have the mix in a pound of put coconut oil with a napkin and add a tablespoon of a mixture until golden brown on both sides.
Remember, the color is golden brown for the natural sugar of the banana let it cool and we will place them in this Christmas bag they look so cute right you will love it.
