6- Spread overactive situations
It is also helpful to introduce your pet to another vehicle to get used to driving. The best place to familiarize your pet with these conditions is the parking lot. There, your dog can see cars and other people and help him adapt to while driving.
However, your dog is over-stimulated too much. You need to make him lie down and calm down for a while. After he’s relaxed, let him sit down again. You can also hire some of your family or friends to help and put them near the car and talk to your pet in it.
7-Create distraction
Sometimes it helps if your dog annoys you in the car. Having a favorite toy or food can also ease your anxiety in the car. You can also turn on music to calm your pet’s uncomfortable feelings.
8- Do not leave them for long
NEVER leave your dog in the car. Any anxiety in your dog can get worse, and this will not help to get used to the car interior.
It is also dangerous for dog health in warm weather. If you need to shop and have a family member in the car, one of you can walk the dog while the other does the shopping and bargains when the other has some chores too.
