◆ Improve Sociability
By making social interactions more enjoyable for your dog, he is confident that he can handle the stresses of life at home. Training your dog to behave in a variety of situations takes effort, but constant commitment ensures success. We have high expectations of our dogs and encourage them to be friendly with everyone they meet, even if they feel uncomfortable in certain situations. This is why it’s important to socialize your dog and give him a good experience around all kinds of people, animals, and environments. Doing this at a young age gives them confidence and reduces the chances of experiencing anxiety and discomfort in adulthood. Socialization doesn’t mean that your dog always touches other dogs or people. People “socialize” all the time without touching each other physically. It is just as important to expose your pet to situations in which he can observe and “watch” from a distance, as it is to teach him to accept physical contact.
Humans are naturally attracted to interacting with cute puppies, and physical contact can occur when dogs greet each other. Socialization is about making sure your dog is comfortable in these social situations and is not forced into situations that might make him uncomfortable. If you have a dog that doesn’t interact well with other people, you don’t feel like you have to force it. Not all dogs are social like humans. Understanding how your dog is doing will determine how far you can go, and while in our society it’s better to have a social dog, keeping your dog is not a failure. A dog in a situation that makes him uncomfortable. By paying attention to how he does it, you can respect and understand his boundaries.
◆ Avoid problem behavior
Training your dog creates a language of communication between you that promotes safety and comfort. The more time you invest in training your Pet to live successfully in the human world, the more you will avoid problematic behavior due to a lack of understanding. Unfortunately, many dogs are punished for negative behavior that could have been avoided if given time to help them learn. Many dogs respond well to signals such as sitting and staying in class but are ill-equipped to deal with the stresses of real-world life. Make sure that every action or action serves a purpose. The sitting cane is valuable because it can be used before opening the front door or before crossing the street. Come is a stick that will keep your dog attached, but will teach them to come back to you when you need it.
Showing your hand or the touch plug, for example, will not only help your dog get used to the hand that reaches out for him, a scenario he will likely encounter many times in his life, but also great for teaching phone calls.
